As agreed with tree officer: Rear G1 Sycamore x 2 (Acer pseudoplatanus) These two 18m mature sycamores trees have a shared canopy. Both trees have been reduced previously, but not for roughly8 years. Their cyclical prune is now due. The regrowth is now over long and the fear is the sail effect of the canopy will lead to snap outs. Suggested work- crown reduction - reducing the height 3m back to previous reduction points - reduce the lateral growth 2-3m to suitable growth points, ensuring furnishing growth remains - remove deadwood

T1 - Beech in front garden - reduce crown to points of previous reduction (2m max branch removal) This is routine maintenance of a tree growing in close proximity to the houses and the public highway

T1-Eucalyptus tree- (12m)- crown reduction back to most recent pruning points (approximately 3m eduction), leaving short furnishing growths. T2- Bay tree- (8m)- shape by up to 1m. T3- Myrtle tree- light crown reduction of up to 1m. Prune back from Pittasprum and Cherry tree. Reduce Rose as required. T4- Pittasporum tree- prune back section over Maple tree by removing 1 small secondary branch, reduce section above by up to 50cm. Be careful of Clematis climbing up tree. Prune back from Holly tree and reduce top of crown by up to 1m. T5- Holly tree- shape into a more conical shape, reduce back more on Apple tree side. Make it symetrical. T6- Apple tree-light reduction of approximately 75cm. Clematis to remain. T7- Cherry tree- reduce tree by up to 1m to balance crown. Low branch on left, cut back from myrtle. Remove dead branches. T9- Crab Apple- remove left section of low branch. Thin crown .

(T2) Lime tree (Tilia x europaea) This tree is in reasonable health but has not been reduced since 2022. As it gets bigger it grows into the horse Chestnut and into the pavement. In keeping with good arboricultural management and maintaining a works schedule, requested works are; Reduce by up to 3 metres, back to previous points of reduction. (T3) Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) This very large tree is in good health but has not been reduced since 2020. This tree is very close to the property so it is prudent to maintain the crowns size. In keeping with good arboricultural management and maintaining a works schedule , requested works are; Reduce crown by up to 2 metres back to previous points of reduction, leaving furnishing growth. (T4) Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) This tree is not in the best health, and has not been reduced since 2022. This tree has poor form and many cavities and has responded well to pruning in the past. In keeping with good arboricultural management and maintaining a works schedule, requested works are; Reduce crown by between 1.0 - 1.5 metres back past previous points of reduction, to remove dead tops. Reduce back to appropriate growth points. Reduce lowest lateral branch over the road by 2 metres to reduce weight.
