This application in in response to those concerns/ requests. As such the proposed works are to remove the existing flues and vents mounted on the flat roof of the ceramics department and provide an alternative proposal positioning them away from the properties and flats along Golborne Road, which have balconies facing out on to the Ceramics Department.
