A plain-English summary written for a template project. Replace it with terms reviewed by a solicitor before taking real users or payments.
What we provide
Access to planning data drawn from public registers, together with our own summaries and alerts. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that records are complete, current, or free of error, and the service is not a substitute for the statutory register.
What you must not do
- Use the service to harass, target, or profile individuals.
- Scrape or bulk-extract beyond the limits of your plan, or share API keys.
- Present our derived summaries as the official position of a planning authority.
Payment and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time and you keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, after which the account reverts to the free plan rather than being deleted.
Liability
We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information here, including property purchases, objections, or missed consultation deadlines. Verify anything that matters with the local planning authority.
