Why the free plan is genuinely useful
Most of the value in planning data is in being able to look something up, before you buy a house, when a notice appears on a lamp post, when a neighbour mentions something. Gating that behind a card would make the product worse and the search traffic disappear. The paid plans exist for people who would rather not have to remember to check.
