What we collect

• Account details, your email address, and your name if you give one.
• What you asked us to watch, the coordinates, postcode area, council, or keywords behind each watch, and the filters you set.
• Alerts we generated, which applications matched, and whether you have read them.
• Billing details, held by Stripe, not by us. We store only a customer reference and your plan status.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, we do not share your watch locations with third parties, and we do not use your data to profile you for advertising. Planning data itself is public; what you chose to watch is not, and we treat it that way.

Cookies and analytics

We use a sign-in cookie when you have an account, which the site needs to work. With your permission, and only after you choose “Accept analytics”, we also use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful. Advertising features are switched off. You can change your mind at any time from “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. The cookie policy lists each cookie and how long it lasts.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes your watches, alerts, and account record. Contact us and we will action it.

A note on objections

Comments you submit to a council on a planning application are published by that council on its public register, usually with your name and address. That is their process, not ours, and we cannot make it anonymous.
